Skill Up London and Southwark College work with large Public Sector organisations, PLCs and private businesses by supplying bespoke training solutions to meet your human resources needs.
In many cases we can help pay for this training through the Train to Gain and Apprenticeships funding that is available through Government departments - particulalry for skills training at Levels 2 or 3, and for those employees that have few or no previous qualifications. In other cases we are able to provide cost effective, timely training with measurable outcomes designed to meet a specific requirement.
The quality of our provision has been recognised by the Learning and Skills Council who awarded one of our learners 'Train to Gain Learner of the Year' and one of our employers 'Train to Gain Employer of the Year' at the recent London Skills Awards. We work closely with Sector Skills Councils to ensure that the training we offer meets their national priorities and with Skills Brokers like Triangle who are able to refer our services to appropriate employers.
