How Good is Our Training?
We closely monitor the success and impact of our training. Individuals and employers complete our simple on-line Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of a programme of training. We analyse these and feedback the results to employers and our training partners. Latest survey results reveal that:

83% of the candidates said that the trainers style of delivery was good or excellent.
89% of the candidates impression of the training course was good to excellent.
95% of the candidates agreed that the course met their goals.
81% of the candidates would be interested in taking another course.
96% of the candidates indicated that they enjoyed the course.
Over 90% of the candidates would recommend this course to a friend or colleague.
