This two-day programme, delivered by award-winning entrepreneurs Dragon’s Den star Rachel Elnaugh and holder of Queen’s award for Enterprise Promotion Derek Browne will inspire you to work smarter and avoid the pitfalls of a recession.

Rachel Elnaugh is one of Britain's highest profile female entrepreneurs. She shot to fame as one of the original Dragons in BBC TV's BAFTA nominated cult business show Dragons' Den after creatne of Britaing the market leading experiences brand Red Letter Days from the front room of her home.

Day One - The Magnetic Marketing Strategy
Award winning entrepreneur Rachel, originally created the multi £million market leading experience company Red Letter Days. It was only when Rachel discovered the viral power of a magical brand and focussing on a core customer that RedLetterDays exploded in growth. She found that no amount of paid advertising ever achieved a fraction of the tangible sales results achieved by word of mouth and brand "wow".

Not only will Rachel give you her five point formula for creating a viral brand, you will also get an opportunity to resolve your real business problems using her expertise.

Derek Browne is the Chief Executive of Entrepreneurs in Action (EiA), founded in 2003. EiA has worked with thousands of young people introducing them to the world of business through a range of innovative and engaging programmes. He is a social entrepreneur committed to inspiring a new generation of entrepreneurial talent across the UK drawn from diverse and challenging backgrounds. He believes that with the right mindset anything is possible in your life, be it personal or business.

Day Two - Winning tools and mindset for a recession
Derek has a background in financial services and Investment Banking. In 2003 after leaving Merrill Lynch he decided to launch Entrepreneurs In Action, a company focusing on working with young people. Derek’s will help you overcome self-doubt in your business abilities and empower you to higher levels of achievements.

He will also identify how you can increase your bottom-line, reduce your business expenditure and realise wealth from your business.

If you are a small business, employing between 5-249 staff including volunteers, contract and part-time staff you may be able to claim back the whole fee for your Leadership and Management Training Convention ticket. Contact Chinnelle Anichebe on 020 7815 1500 ext 2124 or email her at
